Surface Cleaning

The housing and lens edges are thoroughly cleaned to remove dust, oil, or moisture.

A clean, dry surface ensures optimal adhesion of the sealant.

Sealant Preparation

A high-quality automotive-grade waterproof silicone sealant is used.

The sealant is checked for uniform texture and applied with professional dispensing tools.

Application of Sealant

The sealant is carefully applied around the joint between the housing and the lens.

The bead of sealant must be continuous, without bubbles or gaps, to guarantee full waterproof protection.

Assembly and Pressing

The lens and housing are assembled together immediately after applying the sealant.
